BackCountry Festival is located at the Corley Ranch in beautiful Carson Valley Nevada

Enter through the Main Gate off hwy 395 just down from the Wa She Shu Casino and Chevron gas station.
There will be an off-site box office located at the Wa She Shu Casino parking lot. Â

Main Box Office Hours
Thursday, June 1st: Early Entry for Patrons from 11am – 6pm
Thursday, June 1st: 9am – 6pm
Friday, June 2nd: 8am – 10pm
Saturday, June 3rd: 9am – 10pm
Sunday, June 4th: 10am – 8pm
3-Day (Friday – Sunday) Pass valid starting 12pm Friday
**Early entry is a separate $25 ticket for the general public and is included with Ranch Life VIP experience ticket holders.Â
General Admission CHECK-IN:

On-Site Vehicle Parking Pass:
Check-in on Thursday begins at 10am for VIP Only.
General Admission check-in begins at 11am Thursday for all pass holders.
RV Pass with Hook Up, Dry RV Pass, and On-Site Premium RV Pass:
Check-in on Friday begins at 10am. Please have your RV ticket ready to be scanned in exchange for a parking hangtag. Either a print out or on your phone.
Wristband Scanning Station:
Please have your festival ticket ready to be scanned in exchange for a wristband. Either a print out or on your phone.
Arrival Chart:
If arriving after Thursday at 6PM and Friday 11PM, ALL vehicles go straight to the Main Box Office for check-in the following day at the Wa She Shu Casino parking lot.

VIP CHECK-IN:
VIP Only – Private Check-in Hours – 9am – 8pm ThursdayÂ
Private check-in hours will be Thursday 9am – 8pm. After 8:00PM Friday, proceed directly to the box office for processing.
Friday Arrivals:
8am:Â Queuing starts in the main parking lot of Ranch Meadow/Field, which is the first field at the ranch, once you have turned on to the Ranch Drive festival security and staff will direct you to the que.
9am:Â You will be routed around to the line que the Ranch Life check-in station inside the gates. Ranch Life Staff will greet you, check you in, and direct you to the correct location for your parking and/or camping.
Friday after 8p / Saturday / Sunday :Â
Ranch Life Experience with vehicle and Ranch Life Experience with RV:Â Please proceed to the box office to get your wristbands and parking passes. You will then be directed to the Ranch Life parking location. Welcome Packets will be available to pick up in the lounge. Tier Parking or Ranch Meadow parking: Please proceed to the box office to get your wristbands and parking passes. Welcome Packets will be available to pick up in the lounge.
